Gift card questions.
Does a gift card balance expire?
Never. Stuffie Squad card balances never expire. The recipient can use it on their first visit or their tenth.
Can more credits be added to a gift card later?
Yes. Any Stuffie Squad RFID card — including gift cards — can be reloaded at Squad HQ anytime.
What if the recipient doesn't have a card yet?
The physical card option is the right choice — they'll receive their own branded RFID card pre-loaded and ready to play. For digital purchases, the recipient needs an existing card. New cards are available at Squad HQ for a one-time $0.50 fee.
Where do I find the 10-digit card number for a digital purchase?
The unique 10-digit code is printed on the back of every Stuffie Squad RFID card. You'll need this number to complete a digital gift card purchase.
Can I pick up a physical card instead of having it mailed?
Yes — free pickup is available at The Local on Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills. Mail delivery is also available for a $3.00 shipping fee.
Can a gift card be used toward the loyalty program?
Yes. Every play and every donation made with any Stuffie Squad card — including gift cards — earns loyalty points. Learn more about the loyalty program.
